Dielectric High Silica Knitted Rope is manufactured from high-purity silica fibers with silica content ≥96–98%, using a knitted loop construction that provides exceptional flexibility, high compressibility, and excellent dielectric insulation.

The knitted structure allows the rope to expand, compress, and recover easily, making it ideal for dynamic sealing, vibration-prone equipment, and uneven or moving joints, where electrical insulation and thermal stability must be maintained.

Compared to braided or twisted ropes, dielectric high silica knitted rope offers superior softness, better surface contact, and improved sealing efficiency, while retaining stable electrical properties in humid and high-temperature environments.
