Dielectric High Silica Twisted Rope is produced from high-purity silica fibers (SiO₂ ≥96–98%) using a multi-strand twisted construction that delivers excellent dielectric insulation, very low moisture absorption, and reliable thermal resistance.
The twisted structure provides high flexibility, softness, and easy conformability, making this rope ideal for irregular gaps, curved surfaces, and tight sealing areas where electrical insulation and heat resistance are equally critical.
Compared to braided ropes, twisted high silica rope offers greater compressibility and easier installation, while maintaining stable dielectric performance in humid and high-temperature environments.
