Dielectric High Silica Rope is a high-performance insulation rope manufactured from high-purity silica fibers with silica content ≥96–98%, specially processed to deliver excellent dielectric strength, very low moisture absorption, and superior heat resistance.
It is designed for electrical insulation, thermal sealing, gap filling, and RF-transparent insulation, where electrical safety and thermal stability are critical.
Compared to standard silica or fiberglass ropes, dielectric high silica rope offers better electrical insulation, lower dielectric loss, and improved performance in humid and high-temperature environments.
