3M™ Nextel™ 720 Woven Fabrics EF-20 are advanced high-temperature ceramic fiber textiles engineered for extreme thermal environments where exceptional creep resistance, oxidation stability, and long-term durability are essential.

Manufactured as part of the high-performance Nextel ceramic fiber family, EF-20 woven fabrics are widely used in aerospace thermal protection systems, turbine engine insulation, ceramic matrix composites (CMC), and high-temperature industrial insulation applications.

These fabrics are produced using Nextel 720 continuous filament yarn, composed primarily of mullite ceramic fibers consisting of approximately 85% alumina (Al2O3) and 15% silica (SiO2).
